© Chief Secretary State will write a letter to Union Home Ministers office stating the enquiry will be handed over to CBI.
© Based on the state's request, a letter of acceptance letter is sent from the Union Home Ministry.
© The case will be later transferred to the CBI , an investigating officer/team will be nominated.
© A separate FIR will be lodged by the CBI.
© Information collection from previous investigators & Collection of CID report.
© If CID report is not satisfying a new investigation will be initiated again.
© The direction of the investigation will be decided after the analysis of files.
© The Investigation Officer/ Team will decide on who should be investigated.
© CBI enquire will happen under CRPC section 178/3
© Though the CBI has independence of investigation the same will happen under the jurisdictions of the Law
© After a preliminary study of the case CBI will give a report to the court continued by investigation.
© CBI has no restrictions on time taken for investigation. But courts can ask for report at any phase of the investigation. It's not necessary to provide the information to PMO or HMO.
© Destruction Of Evidence Is Close To Impossible. If done still the same can be retrieved with the use of latest technology and whoever is responsible for the destruction will be tried irrespective of who he is.
© CBI Can Summon Anyone For Investigation.

© Information about crime of scene from Madivala police station.
© Receiving all documents from CID.
© Receiving video & final report of postmortem from Victoria Hospital.
© Receive all statements collected by CID.
© Sending the samples of fluids from D.K Ravi Sir's Body to special labs for checking.
© Conducting the postmortem again if required.
© Summoning anyone related to D.K Ravi Sir Even The Chief Secretary of Karnataka Kaushik Mukherjee for Investigation
© Summoning MLA's Who threatened D.K Ravi Sir previously, the owners of real estate companies that D.K Ravi Sir Raided, even The Chief Minister & The Home Minister Of Karnataka.
© After completing all of these processes ,the CBI filed a charge sheet in the case.
