Reg. Celebration of Half Centuries ?

Shri Parkash Singh Badal has celebrated 350th Anniversary of Anandpur Sahib’s as Half Century on 19th June 2015 by presenting Sword to the Indian Home Minister, who is the current successor of VB Patel, GB Pant, GL Nanda; LK Advani, etc.
Will you find out whether 300th Anniversary was also celebrated on 19th June 1965 or this new gimmick is played to befool the Sikhs once again?
Since 1970, he has been rejoicing his Fifth Inning as Chief Minister, whether he has implemented any provision of the Anandpur Sahib Resolution?
