The Right of ‘Citizenship’ of the whole world’ as now ‘The Whole World Is One Family’

“Citizenship is a privilege, a benefit and sometimes a weapon” must be replaced with  a new definition as a first step, “Every human’s humanitarian approach for humanity must provide such humans right of ‘Citizenship’ of the whole world’ as now ‘The Whole World Is One Family’ with riders and drastic check on discrimination, cruelty and injustice everywhere in the world”.
In the modern age, “Citizenship is a privilege, a benefit and sometimes a weapon” it looks like a discriminatory weapon in the hands of cruel ruler country to country in the world.
Is ‘the discriminatory weapon in the hands of cruel ruler country to country in the world’ not required to be removed in the larger interest of humanity globally?
Is such criminal and cruel ruler’s power country to country in the world to discriminate not required to be checked and replaced drastically with a new definition of “Citizenship”?
