B. Submission of an affidavit stands admitted as reported: “Meanwhile, the Centre filed an affidavit in the Court detailing “two decades of deliberations” that went behind the framing of the laws. C. An Affidavit submitted before Hon’ble SC as reported speaks: What?
1. That the drafting of three farm Bills was initiated and framed before ‘two decades and the deliberations’ were going on since then by all the traditional parties including Congress and BJP and the other traditional regional parties like Akalis etc?
2. Does the detailing of “two decades of deliberations” mean that no deliberations in the parliament were required on the three farm Bills before becoming those as laws as “The Centre filed an affidavit in the Court detailing “two decades of deliberations”
3. Does the affidavit in the Hon’ble Supreme Court also mean that these three farm Bills drafting was initiated and framed before ‘two decades and the deliberations’ were going on since then among all the traditional parties including Congress and BJP and the other traditional regional parties like Akalis etc? 4. However, from the affidavit, the inference safely can be drawn that the open knowledge of the drafting of the Bills was initiated and framed before ‘two decades and the deliberations’ were going on since then cannot be denied by all the traditional parties including Congress and BJP and the other traditional regional parties like Akalis etc.
5. “BJP alleged that BJP did only “serious, sincere and constructive efforts” to enact into laws the pending three farm drafting initiated and framed before ‘two decades and the deliberations’ were going on since then by all the traditional parties including Congress and BJP and the other traditional regional parties like Akalis etc? SUBMISSION AND PRAYED AS UNDER:
