 “The 'mahapanchayat' was attended by Haryana BKU chief Gurnam Singh Chaduni and BKU leader from Punjab, Balbir Singh Rajewal. Over 50 khap leaders were also present: Five resolutions were passed at the mahapanchayat.
(i)   These urged the government to repeal the three new laws;
(ii)   Give a legal guarantee for the MSP-on 23 crops;
(iii)   Implement the Swaminathan Commission report;
(iv)    Waive farm loans;

Does it mean,  “The government and opposition reached an agreement over a discussion on farm laws in the joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament” then after some amendments voting on farm laws in the joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament, where BJP is in majority?
 The government and opposition reached an agreement over a discussion on farm laws and arrived at a consensus to discuss the issues relating to farmers’ protest for 15 hours as part of the Motion of Thanks to the President’s speech to the joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament:
