In brief: Respected Maharaja Mohinder Singh Bahia Son of Maharaja Makhan Singh Bahia of Village Mehraj., Tehsil Rampura Phul;  District Bathinda, presently residing at Village Lopon., Tehsil Nihal Singh Wala., Post Office Badhni Kalan., District Moga-Punjab., personally  met me, Balbir Singh Sooch, in my capacity as a Lawyer at New  District Courts, Ludhiana for about more than two hours in mid  of the year two thousand   eight,  undoubtedly alleging that Captain Amarinder Singh is his grandson and as an elderly he only left to perform all religious ceremonies in palaces-Kothis of his grandson, Captain Amarinder Singh at Delhi and Patiala etc and he- Maharaja Mohinder Singh Bahia is being handicapped from his one arm and hand,  his telephones at residence and shop are only attended  by his son, who has his own personal mobile number with him always.  
Respected Maharaja Mohinder Singh Bahia explained me during that meeting in detail boastingly- ‘in a boasting manner’ as to how his grandson, Captain Amarinder Singh is more than Congress for Gandhi Family in relation since very beginning and till now.
That’s why it was proper to conclude the observations in the matter as such:
