Often, we happen to hear, listen and read mechanically that “The law into his or her hands should not be allowed, but without going into its root or without finding factual ground reality of it scientifically - by means of scientific methods and principles of law.”
Do we ever think or go into the root or finding factual ground reality scientifically whether the enacted law contains the principles of law to be claimed and or known as the ‘RULE OF LAW’?
The principles of law: ‘One of the fundamental principles of international law provides that any state that violates its international obligations must be held accountable for its actions. ... The principle of state responsibility forms part of international customary law and is binding upon all states’ Google defined.
Whether India follows the fundamental principles of international law in the following context of our Dr B. R. Ambedkar said to be and considered the chief architect of the Constitution of India as “Dr. B. R. Ambedkar 's (14 April 1891- 6 December 1956 (aged 65)) legacy as a socio-political reformer had a deep effect on modern India. ... His reputation as a scholar led to his appointment as free India's first law minister, and chairman of the committee for drafting the constitution. He passionately believed in individual freedom and criticised caste society”: Google defined?

Questions always to remain: Whether India follows the fundamental principles of international law in the context of our Dr B. R. Ambedkar said to be and considered always the chief architect of the Constitution of India?
Or
Is it only the part of Indian dirty politics and the spoiled system always remembering Dr B. R. Ambedkar after his death as the chief architect of the Constitution of India?
