(ii)             The Supreme Court expressed its concern over unregulated content and fake news on social media sites. The top court questioned the Centre for a regulatory mechanism.
(iii)           Content creators accused the social media sites of arbitrarily policing their content while the social sites have their own rules and if anyone violates it, the individual will face the music.
(iv)           With new IT rules, the Centre will have to work more to regulate the content on social sites without infringing the right to freedom of speech and expression of an individual.
