CHAPTER OF BARGARI: THE STRUGGLE PROMISED TILL DEMANDS FULLY ACCEPTED???
HIGHLIGHTS:

 1.      Now must answer our National Security Adviser Ajit Doval (Ajit Doval is now India’s all-powerful security boss and our planted Sikh Leadership under different heads, who and similarly others were and are actively involved for the injustice to Sikhs and the minorities in India.

2.      Will ‘Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Bir Devinder Singh blamed national security adviser Ajit Doval for “not letting the Amarinder Singh government act (in sacrilege cases)”, be heard, understood and answered in the context of past Sikh Genocides and Chithisinghpora Massacre of 35 Sikhs for not getting justice for the Behbal Kalan firing on October 14, 2015, and the desecration incidents of Guru Granth Sahib?
3.      “The anti-Centre stance: Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Bir Devinder Singh blamed national security adviser Ajit Doval (Ajit Doval is now India’s all-powerful security boss. This concentration of power disrupts our layered security system) for “not letting the Amarinder Singh government act (in sacrilege cases)”. “Doval is not letting Congress government take action in these cases,” he alleged”. HT
4.      As to what ‘The newly formed Special Investigation Team (SIT), which is probing the sacrilege and police firing cases, will reach Bargari on Tuesday to record the statements of persons who were witness to the Behbal Kalan firing on October 14, 2015, and the desecration incidents of Guru Granth Sahib’ can do before the “Ajit Doval is now India’s all-powerful security boss. This concentration of power disrupts our layered security system” The Print?
5.      The anti-Centre stance: Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Bir Devinder Singh blamed national security adviser Ajit Doval for “not letting the Amarinder Singh government act (in sacrilege cases)”. “Doval is not letting Congress government take action in these cases,” he alleged.
6.      The parallel Akal Takht jathedar Dhian Singh Mand seems to be innocent about the system while claiming and addressing the gathering, parallel Akal Takht jathedar Dhian Singh Mand, who is the main face behind the Bargari sit-in, said: “We used to regard the Captain as a brave man, but he is a coward.” “I will not let ‘morcha’ (protest) to be defeated at any cost till the justice in Bargari and Behbal Kalan police firing cases is done and I’m warning the state not to test our patience,” The parallel Akal Takht jathedar Dhian Singh Mand said.
7.      Have all of you forgotten: Yes our memory is short! “At whose instance and in connivance with, the inquiry report on the extrajudicial execution of Jathedar Gurdev Singh Kaonke submitted by then Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) B.P. Tiwari to the Punjab government in the first week of May 1999 not publicly disclosed till date and hushed up?  What was the role of the so-called Committee for Coordination on Disappearances in Punjab (CCDP) to hush up the inquiry report?  What were the reasons of silence or not approaching to UNO and the other internationally recoganised and meaningful Human Rights Organisations for the purpose so far or ever and never to happen successfully?
8.      “Then Union minister Farooq Abdullah today created a flutter by claiming that "some powers" had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton's visit to India. And Chattisinghpora Sikh Massacre in J & K, Mr. Bill Clinton, and then President USA however said that killers were Hindu militants.
9.      Some powers (Now our National Security Adviser Ajit Doval (Ajit Doval is now India’s all-powerful security boss of such “Some Powers”) didn't want Chattisinghpora investigated'- Then Union minister Farooq Abdullah: Bill Clinton, President USA, was visiting India on March 24, 2000. 3 days before, 35 innocent Sikhs of Chittisinghpura Kashmir, were massacred by unidentified gunmen. Indian Govt and media raised a cry that Muslim terrorists did it.  Bill Clington however said that killers were Hindu militants.
10.   On March 25, however the security forces killed 'FIVEPEOPLE' claiming they have eliminated foreign killers of Chittisinghpura. The local Muslim population however agitated and said that the army had in fact killed local innocent villagers.
11.   The security forces killed 8 agitators. Ultimately the Govt had to agree and launched CBI enquiry into the killing of 'FIVE PEOPLE'. The Forces' story that they killed Pakistanis was found to be fraud and killer officers were identified. SO THE 5 FIVE MUSLIMS GOT THE JUSTICE AND NOT THE 35 CHITTISINGHPURA SIKHS because nobody raised voice for them.
12.   The Government has even halted the probe and prosecution. Farooq Abdullah (The then Chief Minister of Indian Kashmir) has now confessed that 'Some powers didn't want Chattisinghpora investigated'.We therefore request the justice loving civilized society support us in demanding justice and happened all this.
13.   The blamed or named as radicals, intentionally and deliberately, in circulated stories ‘Baljit Singh Daduwal and Dhian Singh Mand’ repeatedly urged the leaders of various parties not to use the stage to further their political agenda.
14.   Are such blamed or named as radicals, intentionally and deliberately,  in circulated stories ‘Baljit Singh Daduwal and Dhian Singh Mand’ to be eliminated or for what purpose are they being called radicals? Answer of this now could be given by our National Security Adviser Ajit Doval (Ajit Doval is now India’s all-powerful security boss of Indian agencies.
15.   In view of the above circumstances, who will care and dare to act to get the demands accepted and strict to struggle of promise in views the our planted Sikh Leadership under different heads outdo- ‘to go beyond in action or performance’ each other- ‘each other and one another are used interchangeably’ in keeping mind their following statements on the issues-demand in the matter: Who is their boss now? Is “Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Bir Devinder Singh blamed national security adviser Ajit Doval for “not letting the Amarinder Singh government act (in sacrilege cases)”. “Doval is not letting Congress government take action in these cases,” he alleged wrong or incorrect to allege so.
CHAPTER OF BARGARI: THE STRUGGLE PROMISED TILL DEMANDS FULLY ACCEPTED:
(i)                 “Upping the ante against the Congress government in the state, the Bargari morcha on Sunday dubbed chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh as coward for not taking action against those indicted by the Ranjit Singh Commission that probed the 2015 sacrilege incidents of Guru Granth Sahib
(ii)               AAP’s Harpal Singh Cheema said when the Ranjit Singh Commission had indicted former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal for the police action on the protesters, then why was the Congress government trying to shield him. “Captain sahab is trying to shield Badal,” he alleged. Bhagwant Mann alleged that the intent of the Congress government “was not clear”. “The Punjab CM is also equally responsible as he is delaying the action. The Congress and Akalis are playing a friendly match,” Bhagwant Mann said.
(iii)             Homage paid to 2 victims of Behbal Kalan police firing: Ruchika M Khanna: Tribune News Service; Bargari (Faridkot), October 14, 2018; updated: October 15, 2018, 10:40 AM (IST): Thousands of Sikhs on Sunday converged on ground zero of Punjab politics — Bargari in Faridkot district — to pay homage to the two victims of the Behbal Kalan police firing on their third death anniversary.
(iv)             Sucha Singh Chhotepur, Apna Punjab Party (APP) convener, claimed that despite requests from his Cabinet ministers, CM Capt Amarinder Singh had rejected their demand “for justice” in the sacrilege and firing incidents. Leader of the Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema asked: “When the Ranjit Singh Commission has indicted former CM Parkash Singh Badal for the police action on protesters, why then is the Congress government trying to shield him?”
(v)               The plethora of political leaders at the “Mahaan Shaheedi Samagam” demanded that those indicted by the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission, which probed the 2015 sacrilege cases, be punished, evoking a thunderous response from the crowds.
(vi)             Stalls selling Khalistan propaganda material — flags, T-shirts and posters of  Bhindranwale — drew a sizeable crowd. Radical leaders Baljit Singh Daduwal and Dhian Singh Mand repeatedly urged the leaders of various parties not to use the stage to further their political agenda. They, however, were unable to restrain rebel AAP MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Akali Dal (Amritsar) chief Simranjit Singh Mann.
(vii)           Punjab minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa said the state government was duty-bound to give justice to the victims of the firing incidents and its perpetrators would be behind the bars soon”.
