The leaders of the traditional are always provided some type of security on recommendations of the central or the agencies from the most corrupt officers from lower level to top especially in revenue departments of Punjab as personally experienced by me, , Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana, during my more than 38 year practice in my legal field in revenue courts, though a few can called courts judicially in some Acts otherwise only they are Learned revenue officers especially in Panchyat cases under the Acts at administrative block, Ludhiana. But to mind and innocence, may not be legally, the revenue officers are are accepted as conducting courts as personally I, Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana failed to understand all this bottom to top as nobody pointed out and that’s seem executive dominating the judiciary in India ! who pointed out an advocate like me suffered very badly fianacially failing convincing the Indian system..
