Powers and duties:
President is the head of the state but not of the Executive. He represents the Nation but does not rule the Nation:

Opinion:
The Governor should not act as a Judge of Judges to undermine the democracy as he is nominated only by anti-AAP, Centre (BJP) party as Governor to him!
