The author of this note on the basis his INDIAN AIR FORCE record and higher qualification, answering PW- Balbir Singh Sooch was selected as INTERNATIONAL ELECTON OBSERVER by United Nations - For short term during Constituent Assembly Election 2008 - (Coloured copy of Identity card issued is with the author of this note).
The author of this note has been bestowed with appreciation letters from High dignitaries of our country for his selfless and dedication towards the country. For reference: appreciation letters from Learned N.Vittal, CVC ;From Learned Justice Harbans Singh of dated 26th December 2000 respectively; Acknowledgements from Learned Deputy Press Secretary to the President of India dated May 21, 2001 and from Learned ATTORNEY GENERAL OF INDIA dated 25th January, 2002. (Coloured copies of letters then issued are with the author of this note).
The author of this note has also penned down two books and got appreciation for the same. He never earned or used his books and writings for any monetary gains as he dedicated his articles/writings/literary work for the betterment of his Country in the larger interest and not as a profession in any manner.
That I, Balbir Singh Sooch, got recognition and has been reciprocated for his suggestions and contribution as a Sikh to him in the context of the Sikh issues raised at the Akal Takht, the place of justice and consideration of temporal issues; the highest seat of earthly authority of the Khalsa (the collective body of the Sikhs) and the place of the Jathedar, the highest spokesman of the Sikhs’. 1. That I, Balbir Singh Sooch served in INDIAN AIR FOERCE from 18-04-1968 to 29-02-1984 and PENSIONER as an EX-SERVICEMAN, who rendered his services in INDO-PAK CONFLICT-1971 and his Character and General Behaviour during service assed as ‘Exemplary’ and Trade proficiency was assed ‘Exceptional’ as my ‘CERTIFICATE OF DISCHARGE’ is self explanatory and speaks about all this on record.
2. That immediately after leaving my service from INDIAN AIR FOERCE, joined my legal profession as an ADVOCATE, LUDHIANA and completed more than 40 year uprightly and moderately only in my profession without any break so far and continuing so.
3. That on the basis my INDIAN AIR FOERCE record, I, myself was selected as INTERNATIONAL ELECTON OBSERVER-For short term during CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY ELECTION 2008, possessing - Coloured Identity card then issued to me on duty.
4. That it is also worth to mention here that I, myself did spent all his saving and comforts of life along with my dedicated wife for the education of our children, I am proud to mention here that my younger daughter, Dr. Ms Kamaljeet Kaur after acquiring higher qualification; LL.M., UGC NET (LAW) Qualified, PhD in Law, presently in respectful Government service for a short term Member of Juvenile Justice Board, Ludhiana.
5. That I, myself, am s holder of Firearm-12 BORE GUN () N.P. BORE) along with the valid ‘ARMS LICENCE’ since more than 23 year and continuing so. It is an open knowledge of all that as to who is eligible to keep Firearm along with the valid ‘ARMS LICENCE’. My daughter Paramjit Kaur Ghuman is M. A. Part-1 Pass in Punjabi language and her husband accused Kashmir Singh never allowed her to make use of her education in his field and never appreciated or encouraged her and admire the educated people till today
Kashmir Singh Ghuman husband of my daughter was never in favour to impart education even to his children after Matriculation, but Paramjit Kaur tried her best possible efforts and encouraged her children to study further, but they could only study up to 12 th class. Here it is pertinent to mention that accused Kashmir Singh once burnt the school uniforms, books, and school bag of her daughter in his cattle shed and asked both of his elder children to sit idle or work in the house.
The Principal Judge, Family Court, Samrala observed in her order“…”Now, it is unbelievable that out of Rs. 12, 500/- he (Kashmir Singh Ghuman) could afford fuel of his two luxurious cars, electricity bills, servants, food clothing and medicines etc, Therefore, it seems that the respondent/petitioner has not disclosed his entire source to the Court, out of which he is maintaining a lavish life style and palatial house with luxury cars…”
Kashmir Singh Ghuman obviously have more money power than his means-sources of income is ground reality. It is pertinent to mention here that he used to humiliate his wife Paramjit Kaur and taunted many times that “your parents are residing only in 50 sq. yards house, whereas his dogs, parrot, cats etc are having more space to live and move in his house than house of parents of his wife, the victim Paramjit Kaur, and though father of victim, Balbir Singh Sooch is an advocate but he cannot dream of buying a car in his whole life.”
My daughter, Paramjit Kaur Ghuman was rescued through police, Samrala, for his severe mental illness, now improved more than expectation, whereas Kashmir Singh Ghuman flatly refused for giving her treatment, saying she cannot be cured by any treatment to her and now als.
Kashmir Singh Ghuman is not ready to give money for her survival and regular treatment for her mental illness. He is facing case under section 498-A IPC etc. All true facts including pained her religiously brought in the knowledge of respective Hon’ble Courts by Paramjit kaur Ghuman, who is married with Kashmir Singh Ghuman about more than 29 years back on 21 May 1995.
My daughter, Paramjit kaur Ghuman, is determined to keep her entire family intact without tension rather tension free under all the circumstances prevailing due to the misbehavior including religiously of my husband, Kashmir Singh Ghuman and continuing so”. .
