To entire Khalsa sitting in the loving Presence of the Sovereign Guru Granth Sahib Ji, who is True through all the Ages:

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

The Khalsa belong to Vaheguru! Victory belongs to Vaheguru!
With rage swelling inside from the injustices committed by the tyrants, and because of the Love of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the Khalsa who are present here, I only have two requests for you:
Seeing the kind of love and hope with which you sit here and make your presence known at the Sarbat Khalsa today, and witnessing the kind of love and enthusiasm of your arrival…In this way, the Tenth King, Guru Gobind Singh Ji will look out for you by placing countless blessings in your lap.  
And, so, we remain here with this hope that from today onwards the tyrants will no longer occupy Akali Dal… nor occupy the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee…nor will the tyrants occupy the positions of Jathedars of any Thrones of Authority.
In this love and zeal of yours, this blessing of Akal Purakh has been placed in your laps.  
And, today, you have proven and are witness to the fact that you have destroyed the people who were deceivers, hypocrites, liars.
You have side-stepped them.
You have also been successful in leading our Nation, in becoming Role Models for our community and our leaders who are working for the betterment of our Nation, we are closer than ever to success.
I congratulate the entire Khalsa Panth.
Chu kar az hama heelt e dar guzshat,
“All modes of redressing the wrong having failed”
Halal ast burdan ba shamsheer dast.
“Raising the sword is pious and just.”
And, to those who have accepted this message and teaching of Guru Sahib,
with their entire hearts and beings, those who dedicated themselves to the Guru Granth Sahib Ji:
The roots of tyranny have no foundation.
The roots of liars have no foundation.  
They are superficial.
Against your one offense, they will scatter, having lost their way.  
You will not have to say anything; they will all run away on their own accord.
And, so…The decisions of the Sarbat Khalsa, deliberated by the leaders of the Panth, will be announced by the organizers.
We should take the decisions as a blessings of joy in our laps and go home, considering this a very auspicious day.
Related to that, I just make one request to you all:
your mothers, daughters, sisters have an equal involvement in these decisions.
All the women of the Khalsa Panth have a right to an equal voice in this process, my brothers.
Furthermore, I offer a heartfelt thanks to our brothers who have travelled from abroad…that you hurried here [to Punjab] after just one message.
In your hearts, there is anguish for our Nation; there is a compassionate ache!
You have reverence towards Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Today, they [the State] were already disrespecting our Turbans but they have disrespected the body of Guru Granth Sahib Ji to tatters as well.
You will hold them accountable for every single little thing.
You will bring victory to the Khalsa Panth.
You will return to a time where – in every bus, every car – people would stand up and offer Sikhs a seat out of respect and considered you the Custodians of the World.
So,, I make a heart-felt request that the True King of Kings to bless us with Grace,
a heart-felt request at the Feet of the True Guru that our Panth remain in ever-rising spirits, that  our Unity becomes self-evident.
And, for the Sikh Nation, it is the time that we start a peaceful movement, based on principles.
The government takes advantage of our slogans and angry words.
Today, we will not be deceived.  
Today, we will contribute something to the Panth before leaving here.
Today, the True Guru will bestow the Sikh Nation with blessings.
Relaying a message of ever-rising spirits of Chardi Kala, becoming a shield for my brothers of our nation, promising to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with them, I utter this farewell:
Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
