Nitish Kumar loses cool when questioned on Z plus security, asks journalists to stop doing

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar turned furious on Monday during his press conference when he was questioned by the journalists over Z-plus security cover provided to him by the Centre recently.
An angry Nitish asked journalists to stop doing bakwaas (rubbish talk) and show some sense of maturity over a serious issue like chief minister's security. He said he never desired for any high level of security cover for himself.
"I never asked for Z-plus security. The issue is not within my jurisdiction. Journalists should develop some maturity in their mind and stop speaking rubbish. I am CM of the state and it's the work of state administration to provide security to chief minister. This is not my personal security. Journalists can hate me but they should have some basic knowledge also and then make assessment."
Nitish lost his cool when a journalist asked him if he felt scared for his life since he never had Z-plus security for 12 years as Bihar CM.
He also downplayed a news report of him getting a palatial bungalow allotted in his name in Lutyens' Delhi recently. Nitish has recently been allotted 6K, Kamraj lane bungalow by the Centre fuelling speculations that he might shift to national politics in Delhi ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Nitish said that the bungalow has not been allotted personally to him but to the Bihar CM.
"I have come to Patna from Delhi. I will directly go to ashram from here. The bungalow has been allotted to Bihar CM and Bihar government. One should check that how many CMs have bungalow in Delhi? I know my decision to snap ties with RJD and Congress has led to heartburns and therefore they are targeting me."
Nitish also rubbished reports of him and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi going to Rajya Sabha ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha polls. It may be noted that there are six seats of the upper house falling vacant this month, elections for which will be held in March.
