Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Committee Exposes Yet another Pseudo-Baba
BATALA, Punjab (May 13, 2013)–Unveiling yet another case of fraud in Punjab, the Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Committee nabbed a fake baba in village Bhaam accused of duping money from the residents.
The alleged Baba Jarnail “Singh” duped money from Sawinder Kaur and Gurnam Singh. They got suspicious when he demanded more money from them and approached the Satkar committee narrating their accounts.
The members of the committee Bhai Balbir Singh, Bhai Nishan Singh, Bhai Sukhwinder Singh along with police authorities nabbed the baba at his residence where he confessed to his wrong doings for the last 20 years.
Police found large sums of cash, along with liquor and other questionable material at the baba’s residence.  He was only released when he apologized for his wrong doings before the villagers and pledged never to repeat them. Jarnail Singh was arrested 4 years ago on similar charges.Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Committee led by Bhai Balbir Singh Mucchal is responsible for exposing such pseudo-babas in Punjab.
