 1.  A Sikh driver and 16-year-old son were stopped by the Delhi Police for 500 rupees bribe
 2.  The Sikh driver had done nothing wrong so he refused to pay the bribe
 3.  This gentleman os first verbally abused by the Police and threatened
 4.  Delhi Policemen decide to punish the Sikh driver for not paying a bribe. Pictures show they pull out their gun and point towards the Sikh driver.
 5.  Sikh man defends himself and his son as he pulls out his kirpan from his automobile
 6.  Eight policemen then attack the Sikh duo
 7.  During the scuffle, the Sikh man is brutally thrashed, his dastar is removed and kesh (hair) are pulled
Father and son, without any charge, are taken to Police station and tortured for several hours
 8.  Throughout this time, the police ask no questions, file no charge sheet.
Both father and his son continue to face brutal thrashing from the hands of the Delhi police
