PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT - REWARD Rs. 1,00,000/ :
Prof Kawaldeep Singh Kanwal
   May 05,2013
There are thousands of Sikhs killed on the streets of National Capital Delhi and Nationwide, during October-November 1984's Genocide of Sikhs, even a common wisdom agree to the fact that this planned set of events couldn't have been committed without the involvement of government, leaders, officials, machinery of the day directly, but we haven't seen even a single key person held responsible, convicted, and punished by the due procedures of the law, and the excuse every time was lack of credible evidences or witnesses to establish the facts which is as established as the establishing of this nation itself. To take a chance from this biased judicial system, by providing them credible witnesses and evidences (especially from Non-Sikhs) to end their propaganda of not delivering justice of about millions of directly and indirectly affected equal citizens of India, we need a campaign to launched to make the defaulting Judiciary to deliver the justice.
So hereby I start this by making a personal offer of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) cash from my own savings, as general public reward, for any person (preferably Non-Sikh) who has directly witnessed any of events happened during 1984's Sikh Genocide and can credibly establish same in the court of India and identify criminals, be it one, two, three, or more.
And to all those brethren who witnessed such inhuman crimes against their own fellow brothers and sisters, but have not opened their chest till date due to one or other fear, this is not a money game of rewards, but a humble appeal to open up, speak up and help their fellow citizens, brothers and sisters, to get the justice, for which they are struggling from 3 long decades, otherwise they would not be able to loose-off the burden on their own souls even when they leave from this mortal world.
