 Dear S Tejwant Singh and Giani Arshi Ji, 
I appreciate the response of both. 
It is unfortunate that some of our Sikh, so-called theologians, are trying to portray that Sikhi (Sikhism) is based on Vedanta and Bhagat Kabir was the Guru of Nanak since a long.
I wonder how easily they ignore that Guru Nanak himself says that his Guru is Sabd. 
"Sabd Guru surt dhun chela."
If we analyze the Bani of Guru Nanak rationally we will find that philosophy in his Bani is unique and acceptable universally.  
Has the Sikh intelligentsia ever thought to check such efforts of amalgamation of  Sikhi into Hinduism ?Regards,
