1.      Could a Bill be passed when ‘Economically Distress-Stricken; Stricken with Grief; Keenly Distressed; Sorrowful India’ to take away the Gold kept dishonestly in religious places irrespective of any religion Etc  after detailed discussion in our Parliament by the brutal ruling majority in India  to save Reserve Bank of India (RBI) etc hereafter?

ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸੰਕਟ
(i)       ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ‘ਆਰਬੀਆਈ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ’ (28 ਅਗਸਤ 2019) ਇਸ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਗ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਸੰਕਟ ’ਚ ਹੈ।
(ii)      ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਕ ’ਚ ਪਿਆ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸੰਕਟ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
(iii)     ਹਾਲਾਤ ਚਿੰਤਾਜਨਕ ਹਨ।
(iv)      ਨੋਟਬੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਜੀਐੱਸਟੀ ਜਿਹੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਰੂ ਅਸਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਗਤਣਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
(v)       ਆਟੋਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਮੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹਨ।
(vi)      ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੱਥ ਧੋ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ। 
(vii)     ਪਰ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਹਲ ਨਹੀਂ।
(viii)    ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੂੰਹਤੋੜ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਣ ’ਤੇ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ।
(ix)      ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਵੇ।

(v)   ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ‘ਉਸਾਰੂ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ’ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

(vi)   ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਸੋਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਹੋਣੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਲਿੰਕ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਕੋਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਲਿਆਲਾ ਮਨੋਰਮਾ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਕਨਕਲੇਵ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ,
