Are Politicians Become More Expert in Kirne- Dirges than the Women do at the time of Kaan-Unsymmetrical?

1.      It looks further odd when “The PPCC chief, Sunil Jakhar, said it was a matter of serious concern that phone tapping of elected representatives was being done” said so.
2.      Does “The PPCC chief, Sunil Jakhar, said it was a matter of serious concern that phone tapping of elected representatives was being done” not mean that privacy must be protected only of the elected representatives not of any common man in this country?
3.      Though, it is always not worth to comment on all as to how they perform, “Kirne-Dirges- Kirne-Dirges in their statements, discussions on different occasions of sorry and or happiness etc” in their own case and or in the case of their own party including in this cae also?
4.      “Kirne-Dirges; Wails; Bewailments with Huuk-Pang; Sharp-pain; Twinge by Elbowing out and Hujjing-Poking, Jogging- recreational activity; Blowing, Thrusting each other like especially Women do at the time of Kaan-Unsymmetrical/protruding edge of cloth, cot etc.; Imperfection, defect, shortcomings, blemish-‘spoiling mark or flaw; a mark or imperfection that spoils the appearance of something; spoiling fault; something that spoils somebody's reputation or good record’.
(i)     Kirne-Dirges-’funeral song, chant’; Wails-make long high-pitched noise; to make a long loud high-pitched sound’; Bewailments with Huuk-Pang; Sharp-pain; Twinge by Elbowing out and Hujjing-Poking, Jogging- recreational activity; Blowing, Thrusting each other like especially Women do at the time Kaan-Unsymmetrical/protruding edge of cloth, cot etc.; Imperfection, defect, shortcomings, blemish-‘spoiling mark or flaw; a mark or imperfection that spoils the appearance of something; spoiling fault; something that spoils somebody's reputation or good record”.
5.      As seems now in the case of ‘surveillance-shadowing’-“Phone tapping and making recorded conversation public” happening since long even during tenure of such politicians ruling and their coterie with their permission without any check on them. Isn’t?
6.      Is it strange or surprising, “Rumblings in state Cong over MLA’s phone ‘tapping’ by cops” Last Updated: November 23, 2019, 7:06 AM (IST): By Rajmeet Singh; Tribune News Service, Chandigarh?
7.      Are the Politicians on such issues in their statements, discussions on different occasions of sorry and or happiness etc have not ‘Become More Expert like in Kirne-Dirges’ than the Women do at the time of Kaan-Unsymmetrical’…?
Who can deny?
8.      It looks further odd when “The PPCC chief, Sunil Jakhar, said it was a matter of serious concern that phone tapping of elected representatives was being done” said so.
9.      Does “The PPCC chief, Sunil Jakhar, said it was a matter of serious concern that phone tapping of elected representatives was being done” not mean that privacy must be protected only of the elected representatives not of any common man in this country?
10.  “Phone tapping and making recorded conversation public are two separate matters. But both are matter of concern. Being elected representatives, there is nothing to hide for the MLAs. I suggest that the issue should be debated in the Vidhan Sabha to ascertain what exactly needs to be done. — Sunil Jakhar, PPCC Chief
11.  The alleged phone tapping of Samana Congress MLA Rajinder Singh by the Punjab Police has led to rumblings in the Punjab Congress, with the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) today demanding a detailed probe into the matter.
12.  The PPCC chief, Sunil Jakhar, said it was a matter of serious concern that phone tapping of elected representatives was being done.
13.  Congress MLAs feel that it was an embarrassment for the party government that repeated occurrence of incidents of conversation of Congress MLAs with Punjab Police officers being made public allegedly by policemen.
14.  In the Samana MLA case, what was puzzling the party leaders is that the Samana MLA’s constituency fell in the Patiala parliamentary segment represented by Preneet Kaur and he was son of senior Congress leader and Mandi Board Chairman Lal Singh.
15.  “Phone tapping and making recorded conversation public are two separate matters. But both are matter of concern. Being elected representatives, there is nothing to hide for the MLAs. I suggest that the issue should be debated in the Vidhan Sabha to ascertain what exactly needs to be done,” said the PPCC chief.
16.  Jakhar said the phone tapping could not be done without the permission of the Home Secretary and Punjab Police top brass. It was “breach of privilege” against the legislators.
17.  Earlier, a telephonic conversation between Food and Supplies Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu with a Deputy Superintendent of Police, deputed with the Local Bodies Department, in connection with the Grand Manor Homes CLU case and conversation of Congress MLA from Fazilka Davinder Ghaubaya’s with a woman police officer had gone viral in the past.
18.  A number of MLAs, who did not wish to be quoted, said the matter should be taken up in the coming session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, as there could be more such cases.
19.  Former Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Bir Devinder said an inspector-rank officer of the Police Department had the audacity to record almost every telephonic call of an MLA. The Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly should have taken suo moto cognisance of such a severe and downright breach of the privilege of the legislators, which by practical implication made them dysfunctional as elected representatives”.
