No Justice Delivery Mechanism- Mobocracy -Politico-Cultural Agenda- The State-Encounter Specialists: All in My India ?
 Highlights By: Balbir Singh Sooch- Sikh Vichar Manch

1.  “Exemplary punishment must be given if encounter is fake, says ex-DGP” https://www.thequint.com/voices/opinion/hyderabad-gang-rape-accused-police-encounter-killings-fake-legal-system-justice-constitution
2.  The gunning down of the four accused in the Hyderabad gang- rape and murder case in the wee hours of Friday, December 6, 2019 by the Telangana police only exemplifies the complete breakdown of the justice delivery mechanism in the country.
3.  The ‘shootout’ has for the time being taken the focus away from the big debate over economy…
4.  IT is not just the economy that is in a serious state of disrepair, but the rule of law and governance as well. http://www.thekhalsa.org/frame.php?path=342&article=22005
5.  The post-murder slogan-shouting and the public celebration of the cops, who ought to be treated as suspects, suggest a dirty set-up. What is lost in such an instance of mob endorsement is not just the principle of natural justice — it also represents a willing surrender of society’s right to question all acts of violence by the State: http://www.sapulse.com/new_comments.php?id=18710_0_1_0_C
6.  Onion sold by the farmer for Rs 5 a kg is being bought by the consumer at Rs 100 a kg. Between the producer and the consumer — the two most important ends of the agri-business chain — are the inefficient, greedy, manipulative, middlemen-bureaucratic links that corrupt and rob society.
7.  The State, ‘especially now…where no rule of law-only mobocracy prevails’, derives its right to violence from society- mobocracy: http://www.thekhalsa.org/frame.php?path=356&article=21973
8.  “Exemplary punishment must be given if encounter is fake, says ex-DGP” https://www.thequint.com/voices/opinion/hyderabad-gang-rape-accused-police-encounter-killings-fake-legal-system-justice-constitution
9.  But the government’s focus has been on implementing its politico-cultural agenda, which is better known as Hindutva, and not on efficient governance:

RULE OF LAW-MOBOCRACY
https://www.facebook.com/balbir.singh.355/posts/2563833616985059
1.  To implement in the letter and spirit the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission’s report (Now a public  document), fully debated on August 28, 2018 in the Assembly of Punjab-The Punjab Vidhan Sabha as the  SIT and the Justice Ranjit Singh Commission have already given detail at Dera Sacha Sauda followers in the sacrilege cases;
2.  Also ‘indicted former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in the 2015 Guru Granth Sahib sacrilege case, adding that he was well aware of the situation developing at Kotkapura and the subsequent firings ordered’ as  being a highly sensitive matter ignored, intentionally and deliberately,   since then and being continued so debated publically.
3.  Sacrilege-firing incidents: SIT names three more cops, files challan against six: The SIT said the investigations into the role of former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, former deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, former director general of police Sumedh Saini, deputy inspector general Amar Singh Chahal and others were still underway.
