Principles of Natural Justice
A.     Is ‘Act of God’ Not As Always A Big Warning To Act Honestly In General?
B.      Did ‘Act of God’ To Use In Favour Of Haves- People With Plenty Of Money And Possessions And Misused Against Have-Nots- Economically Disadvantaged People?
The Organised Population- Haves Vs The Unorganised population- Have-nots:
C.      One brother or his relative is with the organised Population, mean to say with the establishment another is in or with unorganised population, like farmers, labours in chowks, daily wagers, beggars etc of India.
D.     The brother or his relative, who is with the organised Population mean to say with the establishment, his job is only to give provocative dictated speeches by the agencies matter to create divisions in humanity and without caring and or bothering  another who is in or with unorganised population, like farmers, labours in chowks, daily wagers etc to sweat or to beg in India.
**  The system speaks from the low level to higher level: The government and the state police have so far not reacted to former police inspector Gurmeet Singh Pinky’s  claims, but on the other side   ‘Learned Prashant Bhushan is an Indian lawyer, activist and politician. He is best known for legal activism against corruption’ though held guilty and still is being followed on the same grounds, whether legally or illegally only time may decide and answer in our system?  
E.      “Is it all ever happened in the history of the cruel of the cruellest during Muslim emperors or before independence of India- Finally  Killing with Desi Machine- a wooden stick with oil smeared with chillies coated at the end and pushed in anus of victim to kill him within 25 to 30 minutes after torturing the victim by untold third degree means?

Can we give any weightage in the context to  arguable points as such?
(i)                 “As to why the instances of recusal of Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court of India and do citizens have a right to know why a judge has opted out of a case?
(ii)               Justice Kurian Joseph answered it in the affirmative. “Being an institution whose hallmark is transparency, it is only proper that the judge discharging high and noble duties, at least broadly indicate the reasons for recusing from the case… it is the constitutional duty, as reflected in one’s oath, to be transparent and accountable, and hence, a judge is required to indicate reasons for his recusal from a particular case,” Justice Joseph said in his verdict on National Judicial Appointments Commission.
(iii)             “People have a right to know why judges recuse themselves from cases. The need for people to know increases when judges – one after the other offer recusal, especially in matters of public and constitutional significance.” And there are many instances of recusal of Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court of India”.
(iv)             What does it mean or imply? Do all the judges with impeccable integrity, honesty and qualitative competency not available ever in the judicial system?”

H.     Is it ‘ACT OF God’ or the Violation of ‘Rule Of Law’ And ‘Natural Justice’?
I.        It Is All By Whom?

1.      What is a force majeure clause? Generally, an “Act of God” is understood to include only natural unforeseen circumstances, whereas force majeure is wider in its ambit and includes both naturally occurring events and events that occur due to human intervention. However, both concepts elicit the same consequences in law.
1.      The law of contracts is built around a fundamental norm that the parties must perform the contract. When a party fails to perform its part of the contract, the loss to the other party is made good. However, the law carves out exceptions when performance of the contract becomes impossible to the parties. A force majeure clause is one such exception that releases the party of its obligations to an extent when events beyond their control take place and leave them unable to perform their part of the contract.
2.      Companies in such situations use the clause as a safe exit route, sometimes in opportunistic ways, without having to incur the penalty of breaching the contract.
