2.      Moreover, the Administrative- executive, clerical order already exists and remains as it is as the government of India alleged again and again.
3.      What is there new going to happen by the only assurance in writing again without the constitutional guarantee for ‘Implementation of the ‘Minimum Support Price (MSP)?
