As now: If we have equipment, let it be borrowed and or purchased one or made in India, but if we have no trained Pilots, Prepared Operators, and Technicians etc to operate the equipment...???
If we have very trained and prepared operators etc like our warrior ‘IAF Pilot Abhinav Choudhary’, but have only outdated equipment as the “Flying Coffins”...MIG-21???
Democratic Loot Or Trick In India: We have strategies-plans to win elections with the help of the ‘black sheep’, but have no latest weapons-ammunition, armoury, equipment to fulfil the strategies-plans of our warriors dying one after another without facing any enemy as happened with our warrior ‘IAF Pilot Abhinav Choudhary’ by flying the coffin-MIG-21. Isn’t?
No-doubt, we can have fighter aircrafts, ventilators etc as equipment, let it be the borrowed and or purchased or made in India, but extremely difficult to have the readymade trained and prepared Pilots, Doctors, Operators and Technicians to operate the borrowed and or purchased or made in India fighter aircrafts, ventilators etc as equipment in India.
As I, Balbir Singh Sooch, now formerly sergeant-Sgt of Indian Air Force, have very closely seen and experienced while on my first posting at the ‘Elementary Flying School’ (EFS) that it is always extremely difficult or we can say, that’s next to impossible as a country to have the readymade trained and prepared Pilots on the spot, though we can have new fighter aircrafts etc quickly...
In the context, could any politician as a civilian... in our country imagine as how valuable was the life of ‘IAF Pilot Abhinav Choudhary’ and similarly the lives of similar warriors in the world?
Please do take it as my tribute except a question for all to answer as a submission, ‘Where are we now with regard to our integrity towards our India?
