Dear all!
I wont go into complex things but SGPC is very necessary to have one code of conduct  in all Gurudwaras and Sikh institutions.(if executives of SGPC adhere to the basic principles of Sikhi/Gurbani)
AS WE HAVE GURBANI, WHICH IS TRUTH..WHICH IS THE BASIS...EVEN IF SIKHS DONT FOLLOW IT PROPERLY BUT THE BASIC THEORY IS ALWAYS THERE IF ONE TRIES TO ADHERE TO ITS TEACHINGS.
Without one code of conduct, Its very hard to have discipline and unanimity in the decisions of the Qaum.
The core basis of SGPC is Sikh unity in the area of Sikh majority in Nowadays India.
PROS of SGPC
1. these days, even with full corruption in SGPC, it was still able to keep the SGPC controlled Gurudwaras away from so called Sants and turning into their deras.
2. I was astonished to see the work done by SGPC in the Sikh Literary field in Gurmat Parkash and theor other tracts/Publications. Its still very close to the Sikh principles.
CONS of SGPC
1. The Corruption- usage of funds not according to Sikhi principles
2. Election not fully democratic
3. Corrupt members- more effect of RSS etc
There is a hope to rectify the problem in SGPC but its very hard to build something like that if its breaks. We are not capable enough to build it again if it collapses what I think.

 Harkirt singh you are right !  we need to understand and oppose the sikh enemies attacking from inside and outside. Your also right we need to oppose wrongdoing in SGPC. I agree sikh , SGPC and Akali Dal  need to understand now time to come for cleanness of our Institutions.
SGPC must form the state committees and elect the dual members for central and state committees. revenue must be shared with state committees . 70-80% Golak May used in locally and 20-30% for national level.
sikh need to fight now for single committee not for separate committees.sikhism start from our founder Guru nanak but we have no right to negate other guru sahib's and our ancestors..name of sikhi exist before them. .
Before the SGPC akal takhat was there, but before SGPC mahant was controlled darbar sahib with the help of rulers. so its not correct if we say we need not committee..SGPC is only organised organisation which unite the sikhs.but until people not understand the sidhant of NIRGUN AND SADGUN..they never understand panth and akal takhat. so we need to understand the theology of darbar sahib and akal takhat. before commenting in favour of separate committee for Haryana.
