D.
When Khattar's attention was drawn to the allegations that family members of the Dera chief were allowed to take away huge cash and other valuables in trucks, Khattar said those who had houses in the Dera and wanted to move out were allowed to leave with their belongings.

F.
The dera sources, however, said that the boxes seized by the police contained simple crackers and not explosives. A cover of the magazine of an AK-47 rifle has also been found from the old dera premises. Over 5,000 police, paramilitary and civil administration personnel are involved in the mammoth search operation: http://www.dnaindia.com/india/report-allahabad-high-court-stays-land-deal-of-baba-ramdev-in-uttar-pradesh-2541836

Now the narrative has shifted to unnecessary and small details. State is disclosing all such things with great sense of achievement.
(i)
Nobody is talking of sheer criminal callousness of rulers who allowed all this to happen, in fact, financed such activities. Was this rapist baba alone in such heinous activities?

Hard to say but they had lot of time to destroy the evidence. The already found a tunnel filled with soil.

 (i)                 Who knows what else they destroyed in that burnt out SUV and what they took in those hundreds of cars that left Sirsa but never reached Panchkula.

 paramjit_bahia commented:

 I.       This former RSS parcharak like his other colleague who is now prime minister also thinks that just because the Sanghies always believe whatever shit comes out of the mouths of their national or regional fuehrer, all others to be equally stupid.

(i)                 As usual Khattar government of Haryana is yet again making flossy excuses for covering up its involvement in helping the rapist Ram Rahim Singh. It has established habit of dragging its feet when it comes to implementing wishes of the courts or applying the laws of the land not only to this criminal rapist god man but to all the Babas Sants and Mahants, especially of fascist Hinduvata variety.
(ii)
So hardly surprising in Khattar saying that residents of the rapist's Dera were allowed to move out with their possessions. When the fact could be that by residents he means the family and the relatives of the criminal Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh (including his favourite Honepreet?) and possessions could be the massive proceeds of crime.  Paramjit Bahia (Southampton UK)

With 38 trucks leaving the dera as a caravan, what was left to find?
(i)
The only significant finding was that there were two tunnels from the sadhvi hostel to the plush area. one meant for 12/16 year olds leading directly to rahims bedroom.
(iii)
The other tunnel lead to the guest rooms where important visitors like Vij stayed. of course the second tunnel was meant more for khisee pitee Rahim rejects but extremely experienced in the art of bodily surrender, like Honeypreet and Vipaasna etc

Security force should inspect the trucks leaving Dera. Who moved out of Dera? If Ram Rahim's family they should what was inside the trucks household goods or missing people's remains ,AK-57 ,AK-47, RDX and CASH.
(i)
BJP is still hopping Dera's votes in coming elections because Khattar and other political parties kept their mouths shut. None of them gave any statement regarding brave girls got justice.
Dera forced villagers to sell land at ‘throwaway prices’:

L.
Dera Sacha Sauda is being accused of having amassed over 750 acres by forcing villagers to sell their prime agricultural land to it at throwaway prices.
M.
Residents of Begu and Nejia villages, located on the two sides of the dera headquarters on the Sirsa–Chopta road, allege that it used arm-twisting methods to force villagers to sell their land at prices much lower than the market rates.
N.
According to conservative estimates, the dera has nearly 975 acres in Sirsa, mostly in the revenue records of Begu and Nejia villages. The estimated cost of the collective land is said to be over Rs 1,500 crore now.
O.
Villagers allege that more than 50 farmers sold their prime fertile land to the dera between 1995 and 2000 due to the coercive methods employed by it. “What will one do when thousands of devotees enter his agriculture fields to defecate in the morning or hundreds of canters and jeeps are parked on the standing crops?
P.
The dera would first identify the land to be targeted and then tell followers during congregation that they can relieve themselves in that particular field.
Q.
When the police or political leaders did not intervene, the affected families would go to the dera for mercy and were told that their land could be bought if they have any problem with devotees,” says a resident of Begu village. The harried landowners ended up selling their land at throwaway prices.
R.
Lekh Raj Dhot, a senior advocate from Sirsa, says when Shah Mastana set up the dera in 1948, it had merely 35 acres to 40 acres near Begu village. Shah Satnam Singh took over in 1960 and when he died in 1991, the dera had 70 acres.
S.
“However, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh converted the religious sect into a business venture. From 1996 to 2000, the dera had added more than 750 acres using coercive means,” alleges Dhot.
T.
The land purchased by the dera during this period includes 612 acres in Begu village and 144 acres in Nejia village. Land in nearby Arniawali village was also purchased through similar means.
U.
Sources say initially the land was purchased in the name of the sadhus of the dera. But later when some sadhus started leaving the dera, the land was got transferred to the dera through “hibbanamas” (gift deeds).
V.
I have a copy of land records of nearly 900 acres belonging to the dera. I have noticed that almost 90 per cent of the land located in Begu and Nejia villages was transferred in its favour through gift deeds by persons who were not from these two villages,” says Dhot.
W.
The sources say besides, the dera has land, ashrams and farmhouses in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and several other states. “Wherever the dera purchased land, it preferred to show it as gift from devotees so that it does not have to pay fees on the registration of sale deed,” add the sources.

Baba’ may be shifted to AC room in PGIMS:

Sunit Dhawan: Tribune News Service: Rohtak, September 9, 2017
Z.
Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who is lodged in Sunaria jail here, may be shifted to the PGIMS where he is likely to get an air-conditioned room in a special ward.

AA.                      A joint mock drill conducted by the police and paramilitary personnel at the PGIMS today triggered speculations that the dera head might be accorded ‘VIP treatment’ in the name of medical treatment.
BB.
However, the police as well as the PGIMS authorities have denied any such move. “It was just a mock drill,” said Rohtak SP Pankaj Nain. “There is no move to shift the dera head to the PGIMS,” said Dr Ashok Chauhan, Medical Superintendent, PGIMS.
CC.
He said a team of doctors went to examine prisoners at the Sunaria jail and the dera head could be shifted to the PGIMS in case doctors opined that he needed to be admitted, though no such advice had been received as of now.

BJP is doing its best to send message to rapist blind followers that they are doing everything to make rapist life comfortable while giving another message to media and opposition that law is taking its course.
EE.
BJP knows that rapist still has followers enough to ensure their future, since rapist can guide his blind followers from the jail also. This is bad luck to India that we have never tried to plug loop holes in our legal system to be exploited by crooks.
