SATLANI SAHIB, Pakistan (January 8, 2015)—Pakistan Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee and devotees of Sri Nankana Sahib celebrated the birthday Guru Gobind Singh Ji following the date signified by the Nanakshahi Calendar. Devotees in huge numbers participated to celebrate the function at Gurdwara Sri Janam Asthan Sahib. S. Gopal Singh Chawla (General Secretary, PGPC) and S. Ramesh Singh Arora (Punjab Assembly Pakistan) congratulated the devotees and announced to donate Rs. 20 Lakh to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib.
Prof. Kalyan of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee honored the Nirvair Singh Khalsa, Members of Gatka Dal, Members of Young Sikh Panthers, Poets, Kirtaniye, Granthi Singhs and sewadars with siropao.
S. Sham Singh of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee congratulated the devotees on this occasion. He said that the committee will provide every type of service to the devotees in Gurdwaras. After the conclusion of Diwan, members of Nirvair Singh Khalsa Gatka Dal played gatka.
