In the context, whether Shabnam Ali, though she does not deserve any mercy, but to keep her alive may kindly be considered for further more research on her becomes social necessity world widely after keeping her alive in the pretext-alleged reasons surrounded her while committing the rarest of rare crime in Indian history, even that’s her being so highly qualified in the context of male dominating society of India.
It seems an extra-ordinary female for the purpose of further more research to highlight her adverse circumstances to commit the rarest of rare crime in Indian history in Indian social society in independent in India,
Are such motives, “The prosecution has put forth the motive for commission of the offence to eliminate the appellant-accused Subnam’s family who vehemently-hotly opposed to their relationship and secure the entire property of the family creating financial security for themselves’” not common of committing crimes in Indian society?
Submission: To my mind, some more is required to be searched from Subnam about all her adverse circumstances before leading to committing the rarest of rare crime in Indian history, even that’s her being so highly qualified in the context of Indian society and the odd environments for women in India.
