A 14-year-old girl was kidnapped and gang raped inside the Musajhag Police Station in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh.
On the night of December 31st, she was abducted from her house by accused Veer Pal Singh Yadav and Avnish Yadav and raped inside the police station premises, confirms superintendent of police (City) Lallan Singh. Both constables have been suspended and are now on the run, absconding arrest.
An FIR was registered after the girl's mother filed a complaint against the two policemen. In an interview with Times Now, the victim's mother stated that her daughter was missing on 31st December. "She returned only late on 31 December. When we asked where she was, she said two constables forcefully took her in their vehicle to the Musajhag police station and raped her."

New Delhi, Jan. 2 (ANI):
Congress leader Ranjita Yadav on Friday urged Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to order the arrest of two police constables, who have been suspended over charges of raping a 14-year-old girl in Badaun.
"It's shameful that a policeman, who is supposed to protect us, rapes a girl..... We appeal to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister to arrest the culprits, book them under appropriate sections of law and punish them," she said.
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has reportedly asked for serious disciplinary action to be taken against the two constables.
According to reports, the girl's family has alleged that two constables dragged her to a car and raped her.
This incident comes just a year after two minor girls were mysteriously found hanging from a tree in Badaun. (ANI)
